Authors are strongly encouraged to ensure the readiness and originality of their manuscripts before submission to Jurnal Ekonomi Administrasi dan Sosial (JEAS).

Withdrawal of submitted manuscripts is generally not permitted because the review and editorial process requires significant time, effort, and resources from editors and reviewers.

Authors who request manuscript withdrawal during the review process or after the manuscript has entered the editorial stage may be subject to an administrative penalty of IDR 1,500,000.

The withdrawal penalty is intended to maintain publication ethics, editorial professionalism, and respect for the academic review process carried out by reviewers and editors.

However, authors may request withdrawal without penalty if there has been no significant update regarding the review process within a reasonable period as determined by the editorial board.

All withdrawal requests must be submitted formally by the corresponding author through official communication with the JEAS editorial office.
