Guidelines for Responsible Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage

Social: Jurnal Manajemen dan Kewirausahaan supports the responsible, transparent, and ethical use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in research and academic publishing.

For Authors

Authors must disclose any significant use of AI tools in the preparation of manuscripts, including for writing assistance, language editing, data analysis, visualization, coding, or translation.

Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, integrity, and validity of all submitted content. AI tools may only be used as supportive instruments and must not replace academic judgment, critical analysis, or intellectual contribution.

The use of AI must not result in plagiarism, fabricated data, falsified references, misleading interpretations, or unethical publication practices. AI systems or tools cannot be listed as authors.

For Reviewers

Reviewers must maintain manuscript confidentiality and are prohibited from uploading submitted manuscripts or confidential materials into generative AI platforms or external AI systems.

All review comments and recommendations remain the responsibility of the reviewer.

For Editors

Editors are responsible for ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and ethical editorial management throughout the publication process.

Editorial decisions must be based on academic merit, originality, relevance, and ethical standards, not solely on AI-generated evaluations or automated systems.

The journal encourages the ethical use of AI technologies to support research innovation and scholarly communication while maintaining academic integrity, transparency, and responsible scientific publication practices.
